I’m definitely keeping Chad’s number. He was very responsive, reasonably priced, and promptly showed when he said he would. He knew exactly what to do to hang a heavy water fountain and another heavy sculptural piece, and also changed out an outdoor electrical cover for me. Fast and efficient, plus he brought everything he needed and cleaned up after himself.
I’d been putting off this work for awhile because it’s so hard to find someone good. I won’t need to hesitate anymore - Chad is great! I wish I’d found him sooner!!

It was a small job, but Chad spoke to us at length by phone to confirm the details and give us an initial quote. He was very polite and clearly explained a couple of options for the repair. He then came over in person to confirm the scope of the job and provide a final bid, which was in range with the initial estimate. Once accepted, he began work right there and then and completed the job with minimal fuss. The price was reasonable and we will definitely use his services again in the future.
