I really enjoy 9Round, especially on Wednesdays and Fridays when I train with Dee. He makes every workout fun and customizes it for me, which encourages me to keep going. Hopefully, he'll add more days to his schedule so I can train more. :)

I love 9Round!! I work long hours & need a workout that's quick & effective. I always get an intense workout in 30 minutes. All the trainers are fantastic, especially Iman the Don...he's my favorite. He truly cares about my overall health & fitness goals. I'm a newbie when it comes to kickboxing/boxing. Iman is attentive & takes the time to show me the proper way to throw punches, kicks & do the exercises in a way where I won't injure myself. He's always upbeat, positive & you can tell he loves what he does. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Give it a try...you will love it as much as I do.
