Beware of this cleaners. I have used them for years with no issues. The other day I went to pick up my 6 items and they only had 5. The clerk said they must have miss counted. I said no, you did not. I brought in 6. She told me to call the Manager in the Marble Falls store. The manager tried every way to weasel out her responsibility. Finally, after hearing her saga about being sick (which I am sorry for and wish it had not happened) and how the cleaners is falling apart with her being gone, she finally said go buy a new shirt and she will write me a reimbursement check. All this to just get a few shirts cleaned. The problem is their process for this issue...read full review
