Let's Wet Texas strikes again! After an incredibly successful pond project Michael built for my wife Cindy and I exactly two years ago in 2024 (see earlier review). I asked him if he could come back to build all-weather roads, culvert crossings, and walking paths throughout our property. Michael once again far exceeded our expectations providing very nicely graded roads with material his highly skilled family/crew harvested from available limestone on site which saved us tens of thousands of dollars avoiding imported road base. I had been wanting to get a existing 1/4 pond on my property that I had just purchased redone and after a couple of meetings with micheal i made the decision to move forward with the complex build next to a creek. He was very informative upfront about cost being dependent on finding clay onsite so that i was not surprised with unexpected cost during the build.They cleaned out the old black wash in from years of neglect from previous owners . Michael and his team did a great job rebuilding my tank. They cleaned out and enlarged the tank and then contracted installation of a HDPE liner. Afterwards, they covered the liner with fill and a cap of clay. They also shaped the contours around the perimeter of the tank to improve drainage. Throughout the process, Michael and his guys were courteous and professional. The tank was completed nearly 3 years ago and Michael still calls and stops by routinely. Thanks to Michael and his team, we now have a great fishing and swimming spot for family and friends.
