Once again, Village Vision knocked it out of the park. My daughter has severe autism and is non verbal. We recently learned she needed glasses. We went in today with the prescription from her pediatric ophthalmologist and were helped by Emily. I cannot say enough good things about Emily. She is the sweetest, most caring, supportive young lady. She bent over backwards to help us with our special needs daughter, and she was amazing with her. She was so patient and kind, and understanding and made the process much easier than what we are used to when taking her to doctor visits. Village Vision.. keep staffing people like Emily who genuinely care, because that is so rare these days. Thank you for your ongoing outstanding service.
I had my annual eye exam this afternoon. I am so pleased with Village Vision. All the staff are kind, knowledgeable and professional. They not only made sure my vision correction was accurate but they also went above and beyond to make sure I had a clear understanding of how my vision works and what things they are looking out for.
Very nice and knowledgeable staff. My second time visiting Village Vision and I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Lammert is awesome!!
