We are new to needing any kind of vision care so suffice it to say we had no idea what we were doing when we first went out seeking new glasses with our prescription in hand. Let's say our first experience was less than desirable so I took to Facebook to find something better - insert Ousley! I called yesterday morning to ask about the process since the day before didn't go well. Even on the phone I already knew Ousley should have been our first and only stop. They essentially held our hand from start to finish to help us find the perfect glasses for my daughter from shape to design and on. Even better is my daughter was lucky enough to have lenses ready in store so she got to walk out with her new glasses and she can see clearly for the first time in a long time. Ousley will be our go to from now on!!

Everyone here is amazing. They take the time and check every aspect. They also take the time with you and answer your questions with out making you feel like you don't know what is going on.

Friendly customer service and a wonderful experience! The entire staff was terrific...from my appointment phone call through picking up my glasses; it was a great experience. Dr. Ousley gave me a thorough exam and listened to all of my concerns. Definitely top notch care!
