Last night I discovered that my home air conditioner was not cooling. In the morning I contacted Raybroker A/C and Plumbing and they dispatched Service Technician Kannon to correct the problem. Upon arrival, Kannon quickly identified and corrected the problem. He discovered a loose wire at the thermostat. This is a good example why I alway contact Raybroker to install and service my air conditioners. I don’t worry about them taking advantage of a customer by charging for unnecessary expensive parts when there is a simple fix. Kannon was very polite and informative during his service.
