I had a Tusas Plumbing 705 Brownstone Street Euless, Tx! They are a company that helps with a warranty named American Water Resources!
Unfortunately it wasn’t covered by them but they sent Tusas plumbing out! The work they did parts were used that didn’t work to solve my leak and started leaking…because of the improper pipe connector was used my water leaked for 10 days at 80 gal an hour until the 13th of April 2026!
City of Waco trying to conserve water! I was charged 200. Dollars for faulty workmanship! I have been unable to reach them!

The service men did an excellent job on changing the water filters for the whole house, and the under the sink drinking water. They were thorough, and worked without hesitation, knew what they were doing and completed the work to my satisfaction.
Jassen is amazing. I chose him because he is a small business owner. I have used his services twice now and both times were great. I will be using him for a complete water and gas line replacement in the very near future. Great work, very honest and at a very good and fair price. 10 stars!
