Check in was fine... information put into the computer system apparently was ignored by medical staff. The same questions were asked three times, then the MD had his own agenda instead of addressing the ONE reason for the appointment. Will NOT be returning.

I came in the Scott and white clinic on Scott and white drive for a work required Well Women visit. I was not able to speak freely and was cutoff multiple times while explaining the reason for my visit. To sum up what took place at the visit, PA Douglas Peters entered the room, while the nurse was preparing the room. We shook hands he mentions talking with me prior to the exam to address his findings in my chart. PA Peters stated that he notices I had a well woman visit on 5 DEC 2022. I tried to explain to the PA before being rudely interrupted that the visit on 05 DEC 2022, was not a well women visit, a physical was not conducted during this time. I love my primary physician Patrick Partin. He is the ONLY reason I have stayed with BSW. The Head Shed made a HUGE mistake closing the nicer and larger clinic but I guess the 05 was classy enough for them. I know the staff was not happy about this. The quality of patient care has slipped quite a bit. I am looking to move to another medical provider in the near future if I can find another "Dr. Partin". I called to schedule an appointment to get Covid vaccine and was informed by Erica that the Hewitt clinic wasn't giving vaccines. WOW-this is not good since the Bellmead patients were forced to move if they wanted to keep their doctor. Big Medicine at its best.....,
