Nurse Practitioner Stark has been seeing our family for many years, and my daughter saw her for the first time this week. As always, the experience was wonderful. She's patient, she listens closely, and she always explains things in a way that helps us understand what's going on and what we need to do to feel better. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
I love my primary physician Patrick Partin. He is the ONLY reason I have stayed with BSW. The Head Shed made a HUGE mistake closing the nicer and larger clinic but I guess the 05 was classy enough for them. I know the staff was not happy about this. The quality of patient care has slipped quite a bit. I am looking to move to another medical provider in the near future if I can find another "Dr. Partin". I called to schedule an appointment to get Covid vaccine and was informed by Erica that the Hewitt clinic wasn't giving vaccines. WOW-this is not good since the Bellmead patients were forced to move if they wanted to keep their doctor. Big Medicine at its best.....,
My husband struggling to get there , waited a long time to get a new doctor after Dr Sharp retired, then Dr Chen left, running a little late and they refused to see him, I think that was not acceptable considering he’s older and has pain, now he has to wait another month to get seen by Dr. as a patient, not his fault that was scheduling at office. He’s been a patient a long time. Dr. Sharp was the best!!! Front office use to be so nice
