Very satisfied customer! I had two toilets clogged up from my 4 yr old flushing toys... I called on a Friday, they were at my house the sameday and had both toilets working perfectly in under an hour. Very knowledgeable. very professional, and a fair price.
They have done work for me multiple times through the years and have done a magnificent job. They are very professional, respectful, and very detailed. They perform the job with care. They have done every job with excellence. They are my go to for every plumbing concern. Mr Perry is very knowledgeable. He has been a plumber for decades and knows plumbing very well. It’s always good to have a greatly skilled person fixing the problem. I never have any worries or concerns when I call them. I know the job will get done right.
Have used these guys twice (in one week). Had a outdoor pipe break at my house on a Sunday - phone call response/return was quick and appointment arranged for next day (my decision). Men that came out were professional, polite and respectful. Then Thursday morning I received a frantic call from my daughter whose shower was leaking/needed repair but she didn’t have a plumber and couldn’t miss work to arrange/wait. I conntaced Jon around 7:40 and explained what was happening and that I could only meet in a certain 2 hour window starting at 12:30.
