It has been nearly 2 months since your employee took care of our needs. He did a good job at a fair price however I requested a quote on an additional work at our residence and I’ve been waiting nearly 2 months and I’ve never been contacted either you’re not interested in the job or there’s an issue with your scheduling. Either way I find it difficult to utilize you for a total rep plumbing of my house when I can’t even get an estimate in a timely manner respectfully Mark Jackley.
Originally my appointment was for Saturday. On Friday afternoon I received a call from David who stated there had been a cancelation and would I want them to come by which I agreed to. David and Jordan arrived and I explained the problem with our clogged shower drain. After assessing the situation David advised me exactly what they were going to do to clear the drain. It took him several times to cable the drain but David kept at it until it cleared. These two workers have a great personality and great work ethic. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area clean. Overall it was a great experience and I would use your company again.
