Most contractors (in my experience) will try and find something to up charge you on, or lie about what is actually happening. Not the case here with Nikki! “I had a great experience with United General Service while remodeling the back half of our home. After buying our house, we found 2 'DIY additions' that were poorly built--everytime it rained water would flood our sunroom.

We had reached out to several contractors, but were not able to settle on a good price and vision. However, when we spoke to Jimmy he listened to what we needed and was able to come in to our budget. “Jerry and April are the owners of Decathlon construction, and they truly treat their customers like family. They built my dream tiny home from scratch and brought my Victorian Vision to life. I got to customize EVERYTHING. They even added customizations to accommodate my pets. April is a patient woman! I changed my mind about paint colors about 12 times and she just went with it. Everything came together beautifully and I am so happy in my new space. The day after delivery I noticed a couple of small issues and they had someone out the next day to fix them. My grandparents also have a custom Decathlon tiny home. Cannot speak highly enough about these two and their company. If you’re thinking about going tiny, Decathlon is the only way to go.“
