Keith was great, he came out on a Sunday diagnosed the problem quickly. Had to get a new part Monday morning. While there he was completely forthright in any maintenance that needed to be done and laid out the options clearly and fairly.
Allen HVAC are wonderful. They fixed my issue very quickly and I like doing business with a family owned business. Have known them for a couple of years and they are honest and will only fix what needs to be fixed. They don't over sell and their repairs are done quickly & correctly. I would highly recommend using them. They are a father/son team & both are extremely knowledgeable about whatever system you have installed.
