Great customer service, the person on the phone making the appointment was very friendly and accommodating, understanding we were on a tight schedule. This is the 7th time I have had a home inspection (24 years military) and I have not had one done as complete and detailed as the one James at 360 did for us. Since I was not on site James took the time to go over the report with me on a phone call and communicated in a manner that I understood all aspects of his inspects, thanks guys wonderful job I feel like you took care of us like family.
