Recently got an Epiphone Korina from Sweetwater music that was not set up what so ever, I purchased another pick guard and brought it to Action Sound to set up, these guys did an outstanding job!!!! Guitar plays like a million bucks!

Kenneth Brackeen referred me to Action Sound. I called first to make sure they were open and to see how it felt. My Black Beauty is a Yamaha and I'm a strummer, not picker, and she had a worn down bridge, and had had all 6 keys replaced recently and left her sounding not like herself. I didn't know quite what to tell them-how to tell them what to do. I didn't need to. Kelly cut a bone and honed it so the B twang left, too, which was not my initial concern. I played it after he fixed it and I actually cried because it's the first time I'd played her in a while that she sounded so pretty-and that there were not marks on my guitar from him working on her. I've known Kelly a very long time. A wise and morally sound a man as I know. He operates on honesty, knowledge and fair pricing. A scholar and a gentleman. Mikey is a good as they get. Knowledgeable helpful and kind. I always have pleasant experience every time I go there. Thanks guys.
