The 1st time they came out after waiting 4 hours was told because it was raining they could not provide service. They just scheduled my appointment without even calling to see if I am available. The 2nd time they came out they were 30+ minutes late. Tech said he found 2 things in the attic of concern and wanted his supervisor to cone back out with him. I was told that they would call me to schedule, but did not receive a call. I called them and they scheduled for the tech and supervisor to come out on Saturday, 11-3. I have used multiple times now for any issues with my AC units and he is always on time and very professional. Jay's knowledge about the AC units is amazing and he does not waste time with useless diagnosis. I have been super happy with Jay's service and will recommend him to anyone who has AC issues.

Jay has helped us more than once and has been such a life saver. He helped trouble shoot issues we were having with our AC and then during this insane winter weather he helped us via photos sent over text, trial and error and then diagnosing over the phone and walking us through how to temporarily fix it (to get us through these single digit temps). Very professional and he was even out of town while patiently helping us with all of this. 100% recommend giving him a call!
