My son was seen by Dr Michael Higham he was very pleased with him.He was very patient with my son ..Dr Higham explained every step to my very nervous son and answered all his questions..

First of all I would like to say that this is U.T. RGV...hence..UNIVERSITY.!! LEARNING!!! So I tend to forgive a little. You know as well as I do..is that everyone is as busy as they can be..us retired people people forget that sometimes!! My wife got her test results in a week.....mine took 5 weeks....ugh. the reason was that the P.A. that saw me left and they had to catch up. You need to use the portal if you have issues...much more efficient!

I hardly write reviews but found it necessary after my positive experience with the UTRGV Family Med Lab! Ms. Polly (the phlebotomist) went above and beyond when drawing my blood after many bad experiences and my immense fear of needles. She made me feel reassured and I felt very safe under her care. She is down to earth and the kindest soul! I would recommend her to absolutely EVERYONE!
