Called yesterday (Wednesday, 5/10) at 5:30 p.m. for an appointment at their earliest convenience to service my mother's AC Unit in Harlingen. Was able to get an appointment for today (Thursday, 5/11) between 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
They called me back at 5:57 p.m. that they could do the work immediately if that worked for us. Yes!!! Who would turn that offer down to get your AC fixed within a few hours and not have to wait over night and sleep miserably and uncomfortably in our Texas heat and humidity.
By 6:49 p.m. (less than an hour from the rebooked appointment) AC was back up and running!!!
Will definitely call them to again to do yearly maintenance on Mom's AC Unit.
Thank you Texas Air Conditioning!!!
