My name is Debra Canales, a hot flash, disabled person. So you know how important an a/c is ! What company do you know in the valley or anywhere else, that no matter if they are closed they still answer the phone to help a customer ? That’s what makes TAC such a wonderful highly recommended company. They were courteous when answering the phone before hours. They were prompt to call ahead that the tech was on its way, and they got here exactly the time they said they would and Issac the tech was extremely informative. Thank you for being readily available when I call to pick up parts at your Harlingen location. Your flexibility in having different locations available gave me piece of mind for all my AC parts.
