“Excellent customer service. Milton, Jacob and Balde were very professional and quick to diagnose the issues I had with my ac unit, washer, dryer and fridge. Super efficient and knowledgeable.
Update: My only complaint is that they took 3 weeks to return to fix my refrigerator and 1 month to return to clean out my dryer and dryer vent. They scheduled twice and no one showed up, I had to reach out and they were very confused about when they had been at my house and then did finally show up to complete the work. As far as I know they did a good job. They are very friendly but schedule needs some work.”
