Paula's Hair Design is a friendly and professional salon known for its outstanding haircuts. The staff, especially Paula, is always ready to help and does an excellent job. Customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere, affordable prices, and the clean environment. Many have been coming for years, finding this the best place in Harlingen to get a nice haircut. Overall, it is a trusted salon with skilled and kind professionals who deliver great hairstyling services.
We're not from the area but managed to find this place right before closing time. Ms. Paula was very friendly and she did a fantastic job on both of my sons' haircuts. Meeting Tiny (their doggie) was a plus!
Just LOVE Paula! Being new to the area last year I was looking for someone I could trust. A co worker had a darling cut, told me that Paula did it. Ever since then, Paula is my hair "taker" :) When my kids visit the valley, I have taken them to her as well. Always a good cut!
