The receptionist was very kind & answered all of my questions before I went in. Had to go in because my belly piercing was hurting really bad due to the too short bar I was given at the piercing bar in McAllen. Luckily Fire & Ice shop took really good care of me, he put in a brand new piercing and made me feel better about my healing process. Gave very specific and detailed cleaning instructions & had a gentle hand. I’ll be coming back here for future piercings and recommend this place to friends.
Had a great experience here! I came in needing help with a stubborn lobe piercing that was infected, and the staff was super nice and incredibly informative. They made me feel comfortable right away, explained everything clearly, and handled it with care and professionalism. this was my first piercing (septum) and it was an amazing experience, jamie was really funny and he did absolutely amazing. not only was it really affordable (45$) but they made me feel comfortable, they were really nice, the place is really clean and neat and they told me how to take care of the piercing!! i recommend coming here and i’m DEFINITELY coming back!!!
