We've had to make a few appts in Harker Heights a few times and first of all, the front desk ladies are WONDERFUL! I saw Dr Nailing and I felt very comfortable and at ease at my appt. He is very personable and amazing at his job. I highly recommend the clinic as I do feel they work very hard to meet all of their patience needs in a timely manner. Even in emergencies, I have been seen quickly. New patience might take a bit longer but once you are in the system, they accommodate much quicker. I appreciate that so much.

My appointment and visit was very easy and went well, however I wished they would have ran my insurance before the appointment so I could plan for $140 bill, or at least offer payment options. Should be a little more conscious about patients ability to pay large amounts up front.

This was my first time to see a dermatologist. The staff is very nice and friendly. The dermatologist listened to my concerns and we talked about different things. I am very pleased with the care I received.
