“We had to change our veterinarian.I called Aztec Veterinarian.They got my cat in ASAP.The girls at ladies working at the front desk, were Super Nice and very professional.We (me and my pet) were called back in a very timely manner.They treated my pet so well.The Dr. and nurse helped us to feel at home and a place that. So we got great care and we off to take care of my pet.Thank you for everything that you all did.Letter 2Hello everybody. My pet was getting worse and they booked an appointment for my kitty.They treated her with great kindness.The staff all of them (from doctor to all staff).My kitty is slowly getting better and we are happy about the Love and Care that they showed use. “Courtney was so kind! My schedule makes it difficult to get into the clinic to get my dogs medication. She was able to walk my thru the website so fast so I can get their heartworm meds ordered and I am so thankful. Any time I call the clinic she is so pleasant to speak to and is a joy to interact with!“

“It is with extreme gratitude that I must thank DVM Sarah Kwon and the staff for the kind, considerate, empathic care they showed me and our calico cat, Nefertiti, during a walk-in visit on Friday 9-18-2021. Difficult decisions had to be made and everyone there showed a level of concern rarely seen today. From the rapid response to a question on their webpage to helping me with the grief of losing a pet by little things like a staff member waiting with Neffi in the exam room while I checked out to carrying our pet carrier to the car for me while I carried her remains. I had never visited this vet clinic but in the future, they will forever be our vet.“

“Dr. Ledger has been great with my Maya, a Pit/Coarso. She can be a handful and other Drs have seemed to rush thru the process never really giving her a thorough examination. Dr. Ledger comes in and gets down on his knee and pets her and gives her time to settle and then he checks everything. Not only what I’m in there for. I think he’s great. “I called in an emergency for my dog on Friday, and they were very helpful on the phone. When I arrived at the office, customer service was great. Also, they checked on my dog at the car to see how he was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Black and Dr. Kwon, they treated both of my Australian Shepherds in the clinic.“
