We had a potential issue with our one year old home. Cooper & Bright immediately responded, was deliberate and thoughtful in eliminating potential root causes, and reassuring in their approach to figuring out what to do next. They didn't jump to conclusions and were willing to work with us over the course of a few days to rule things out. Really appreciate their professionalism and graciousness with us as we sorted out what to do about a water leak we couldn't quite figure out.

Coopers plumming did an outstanding job with our house. We built a barndominium and had to do some figuring to make it all work. Ron was awesome! Really took care of you as if you were family. The quote they gave was very fair, and the only change in price was because we changed the faucets.

I screwed up trying to replace a tub spout and twisted off the copper nipple flush with the wall. There is no rear access to the valve. I thought for sure it was going to be some major demo to repair. After talking to Scott Cooper I was put at ease and assured they could do the job without any demo.
