We were referred to NTCP and we sure are happy we were! We contacted them in a Saturday and they were out the same day. They came back on Monday morning as promised and switched out our water heaters. From initial contact to completion was within 72 hours, great customer service! They helped us avoid a disaster that was lurking. Josh and his team were absolute professionals and we highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

i contacted NTCP to come out to inspect and fix a loose and leaking toilet and they were able to come out next day, Nathan Duffy was the tech assigned to the job and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and completed the job and left the area clean and neat. i will be calling NTCP for all my future plumbing needs.
