I think you'd look very hard to find a primary care practice where the doctors remain in charge, and they provide all of the benefits that come from technology. In partiular, the office manager spent time explaining to me how they attend to all of the details. Very impressive operation. If anything, the doctor spent too much time with me going over my New patient history. I have the most excellent local insurance representative Steve Rankin to thank for the recommendation to the doctor where I was able to get in and see the office very quickly.

I have only had good experiences with this Dr's office. The staff is always friendly. Dr. Rich seems to me to me like a straight up kind of doctor. Not everyone will have the same opinion as me but I like a doctor that will tell you like it is and not just what you want to hear. And most important of all they seem to care. My son had some symptoms of something that scared me and I had not seen before and the doctor made sure he got the tests he needed as quickly as possible.

Absolutely love the staff here. They have gotten me and my family appointments so quick no matter how busy. Everyone of them are beyond pleasant and positive and Michelle is the best and my favorite and Victoria is hands down amazing at what she does! Highly recommend this place
