I have been bringing my Bengal cat Eros to Dr. Rocky for 3 years now and cannot say enough good things about him and all the staff. Eros has quite the wild personality being a bengal but all the staff love on him so much and they have all been excited when he comes in. Even Eros has become more and more comfortable going. Yesterday, I accidentally trimmed my wolfhound's dew claw too short and he was bleeding like crazy. My vet wasn't answering their phones, so I called Turtle Creek. The staff got us in, we compassionate and didn't make me feel worse (I was already just about in tears - how did I mess up so bad and hurt my boy??). They got him in back, stopped the bleeding, cleaned him up, and then ended up sedating him to get the rest of the nails. The doc asked questions and explained things in easy to understand terms, prescribed appropriate meds, and got us out in a reasonable time without costing thousands - which is a big deal for a 120lb giant idiot like him.

My doodle had an obstruction and the staff was so kind and helpful. She had to have surgery and spent a couple of days at Turtle Creek. Being that we were not from the Greenville area, it was stressful but the vet made us feel at ease. I received updates after surgery and they followed up after leaving. Her recovery went well. Highly recommend 🥰
