Thomas Outlet Homes was a pleasure to work with. Everyone helped us each step of the way to get everything in our new home just the way we wanted it. I would definitely recommend using them if you are looking for a new home. They are very knowledgeable in all that you will need to do and getting things scheduled.

Lauren has been absolutely amazing to deal with from showing us every house on the lot four times in the same day to helping us find a lost phone an hour after closing that was in one of those houses can’t wait to get our new houses on our property

Thomas Outlets goes above and beyond for their customers. They were very patient when my situation took an unexpected turn in securing the financing for my home and worked with me to the best of their ability to ensure that all parties (manufacturing, Thomas Outlets, and I) felt satisfied. Shannon Thomas in particular gave stellar customer service, and her compassion in listening to all of my concerns was noted and appreciated. She was reasonable, contentious, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend - and have recommended- Thomas Outlets if you're looking for a new home. Because of their dedication, I have a beautiful house that I love.
