The staff are all very welcoming and sweet with all animals. The veterinarian does not push things on you. She listens to your concerns and she doesn’t force the most expensive options upon you. I will never use anyone else!
Very kind and professional, diagnosed my puppy in a matter of minutes. A vet tech even came up to me in public days later and asked if little Ollie was doing well, very impressed and satisfied.
We moved from Iowa to Greenville about 4 years ago with our 10 year old toy poodle named Roxy. She had a bad heart murmur and required medication 3 times a day so it was important that we find a veterinary practice that could manage her care. Crossroads was that place. Dr Kimberlin and her staff were absolutely amazing with her. They also were able to board her when we were out of town. Never worried about leaving because we knew they would love and care for her exactly how we did.
Roxy crossed over the rainbow bridge almost 4 weeks ago. We miss her terribly but we also miss seeing everyone at Crossroads because they became like family. I can’t begin to recommend...read full review
