So glad we contacted Washburn Air to help us with our Rheem Heat Pump. Service Technician Eddie diagnosed the situation quickly and answered all my questions so, that we were able to decide on the best course of action moving forward. We’ve used Washburn for many years and have never been disappointed in the service we’ve received. They are responsive, professional, exceptionally capable, and will provide service beyond what’s required. In a recent visit, they not only preformed the scheduled maintenance on our heating and A/C equipment, but spent a good amount of time helping us investigate a rodent problem in our attic. As I stated above, service above and beyond the ordinary.
