A great dojo for both kids and adults alike that teaches traditional Okinowan Karate with a focus on both physical and character development. I have a 7 year old and 15 year old that attend the Kai as do I. I have spent 23 years studying Isshin-Ryu and this Dojo has got it right. There are a very large number of black belts who have been rigorously tested to ensure they are fully knowledgeable in the art which translates to students getting the expert personal attention needed to progress in their development. The Kai and this dojo are run by Soke Kristensen who is a 10th degree black belt and both a World Martial Arts and Isshin-Ryu Hall of Fame inductee.
