The spa is incredible, and we are very happy with it. If you get a rx from a chiropractor or doctor, Ross will give you some paperwork to alleviate the tax burden since it is a therapeutic device. There is an electrician at the end that has to install the spa, it’s around $630, but Ross has a great recommendation who is very professional, careful with your spa and home, and a nice guy.
