Dr. Torres listens to hear! For years before, I never felt heard. She understood what she needed to do to help me and designed a treatment plan just for me. I never feel like just another patient. I trust her knowledge and experience with my life.

Dr. Torres is amazing. Kind, respectful and most importantly thorough! She has a calming demeanor and expertise in the field of functional medicine. I have experienced a complete turnaround in my health in just 9 months under her direction. There is never a feeling of being rushed through an office visit and she has always made me feel I have her undivided attention. Front desk and office staff are just the cherry on top, kind, considerate and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I had a great experience at this office. They listened to my long list of a story as to why I came in the office in the first place & addressed all of my concerns as a new patient. All of the staff was very kind! I am very pleased with my visit.

I am writing this with tears in my eyes. Sorry its long but lots to say. I have NEVER been treated this way, I read other reviews and thought, surely they are not talking about the same place. I have been a patient for years and loooove this place. Well, I was told yesterday at an urgent care that I had a UTI and was also pregnant, was prescribed something that is not safe during the first trimester. I think, “well its its ok”, I have an awesome Doctor whom I trust, Ill just wait and call them on Monday.
I call and was told I could come in at 2pm but when I told her I as also just told about my pregnancy, what I got was “oh, so you’re pregnant now? We cant see you if you’re pregnant!” WHAAAT!! I said what do you mean? She explains that Dr. Torres is not on OB which I was not aware of, especially since during my last visit I told her directly that we were considering another baby, she directed me to buy ovulation strips and NEVER mentioned she would not be able to see me once I did get pregnant.
So I say ok, so I need to find a new Doctor, got it. However, I have a confirmed UTI and just now found out about pregnancy, I just need some help with this issue since it can be so dangerous and I am not delivering a baby today, just need MY DOCTOR to help me treat this while I now start the search for a new care team.
The answer was no in such a rude way that of course I cant help but snap at her, I feel betrayed and abandoned by a provider I put my trust in during a time that I needed her the most. I do apologize for getting nasty as its not whomever I spoke withs fault. BUT there is a WAY to handle conversations like this and THAT was not it. I am sure you will come back with some snarky response to this. But nothing excuses this, I have been a great patient, never any issues, put up with all the scheduling drama and waiting weeks and weeks to be seen, no problem loved the Doctor so its worth it, I thought. The way to handle this is to treat the dangerous condition considering I cant be more than 4 weeks along and advise me hey… we cant continue seeing you, you need to now take the TIME that it takes to research and find new care.
Would I recommend her? Only if you are past child bearing years apparently.

After over 5 years of trying to find someone to help me with my pain and issues Dr. Torres was the only Doctor to take time to do test and find the issue. I can happily say I am finally living without my pain and getting a good nights rest.
I appreciate her so much!! After having another doctor ask me if I had tried walking for my pain, when I told him I couldn’t even stand from the pain. He just wanted to give me Vicodin for the pain and call it a day.
If you want a doctor who actually listens go see her she’s the best!!
