After dealing with sharp lower back pains for about 6 months, I went and got worked on by Steven and I would recommend him 100%. I left his office feeling like a whole new man! I busted him 5 months ago and my back hasn’t hurt since!
I had my first session with Steven today and my longstanding problem areas (lower back/hips and right neck/shoulder/elbow) are at least 50% better. His technique is so gentle you think he’s not really doing anything, but it’s very effective. I’ll be booking with him for a few more sessions to see if we can continue to get even more improvement.
Saying that Steven is a blessing is an understatement- I threw my back out and was in immense pain and physically unable to get off the ground. Because I couldn’t come to him, he came to my house and spent several hours working on my muscles. I can’t imagine how much longer and painful my healing journey would have been without him. In 4 weeks I’m back to lifting weights and moving well! He is patient, kind and genuinely cares about you and your health. He also educates you on what he’s doing to help you and how to find balance moving forward to prevent the injury from happening again.
