Because I feel so great, I am so mad at myself for not seeing Stacy Manning sooner. I had accepted the chronic knots and stress carried in my neck and shoulders for more than 15 years. This tension eventually led to a pinched nerve and serious mobility problems. After three visits with Stacy and following her instructions that I took home, I am finally pain free! I feel better now than I did years ago! She is incredibly knowledgeable, listens well, and patient.
