AWFUL service. I handed over all my docs in March and Kristine's office provided me with expectations that it would be "a couple weeks" In late May I did finally receive the first draft of my return. I promptly responded asking for a few revisions. Now here we are in July, revisions have yet to be made and I cant get ahold of anyone. They never answer the phone and despite my best efforts at politely following up via email, I can't seem to get a response. She might be a fine CPA, but she does not do well at setting expectations, meeting expectations or frankly even basic communication.
