Dr. Grady is the best, I would give her 10 stars if I could. She not only eliminated my initial pain, but she has helped me best understand how to prevent it in the future. I am now sleeping better, have more energy, and am able to do so much more exercise and activity than before starting care. If you are looking for a long term solution and want to live better, look no further than Dr. Grady.
I love this facility! The staff is awesome to work with and so friendly! After my treatment plan I now have a maintenance schedule with them to make sure I stay pain-free! I had a flare up recently and they adjusted my maintenance plan accordingly to keep me pain free. The treatment they provide is 100X better then surgery or pain management drugs.

Have been going to hands on health for over a year. Had shooting pain from pinched nerve and within a month of adjustments eliminated the shooting pain. Since then they have been helping correct spine curve and I can see the huge difference only a year of consistent sessions can do. They’re great at what they do, friendly, great location. Highly recommend
