Had a very unprofessional experience with a recruiter here. When I gave a rate range based on the posted job, the recruiter told me he “didn’t like” that I had looked at the posting. When I declined to share my salary history from previous roles, which I am under no obligation to provide, he hung up and blocked me.

After the call I checked the reviews here and was not surprised to see others reporting the same unprofessional behavior. This is clearly a pattern, not a one-off. Candidates beware.
