Very grateful to Dr. Ledesma and Jason in the office- they were both professional, knowledgeable and most of all caring! I was experiencing a lot of pain, pressure and hearing loss in my ear and after my PCP said I didn’t have an ear infection, I, being at my wits end, went to Dr. Ledesma for possible wax removal. Instead, she helped diagnosis me with a fungal ear infection (yuck) which again, my PCP had missed. While Dr. Ledesma could have just irrigated my ear and been paid, she brought to light the true issue so I could get the help I actually needed. I was fortunate enough to have these folks come up to my place of employment and they performed a full medical hearing test.

the young lady was very helpful and very knowledgeable and explained in detail the different options and how the billing worked, and I didn't have to worry about a thing.

I'm about to go for my hearing aid fitting on Monday and I just wanted to pass on that the testing process was very smooth and pleasant.
