Abraham was awesome he helped us get my grandson glasses ordered and tightened up the screws in my glasses. Thank you Abraham for being so kind. The Hispanic lady was rude she took another Hispanic lady and man that just walked in over a African American family that had been waiting patiently for a while. She would not acknowledge white or African American. Very rude we are all God's children and deserve the same respect as Hispanic people.
1st time here in Grand Prairie, Texas. Mrs. Veronica helped me understand what I can & cannot get with my insurance. She answered all the questions I was curious about. Mrs. Veronica gave great alive what I should get placed on my everyday to my work glasses. Thank you!

I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center getting my eyeglasses prescription, and I really want to recognize Veniecia for her outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very patient in answering all of my questions.
Venicia made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, ensured I understood my prescription, and helped me feel confident about my options. Her customer service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
