I have been a client of my MyEyeDr., located at 625 W. Dickey Rd, Grand Prairie, TX. 75051 for over 7 years and the eye exam I received yesterday was the most thorough and informative I’ve ever had. During the eye examination, Dr. Swati Patel, OD was very thorough, intelligent and has great assessment skills.She listened to my concerns and I appreciated her manner, approach, authenticity and professionalism. In addition, she takes the time to explain everything and honestly cares about her patients. I took a trip to Arlington and forgot my contacts. I called them right when they opened at 9AM, and they had no problem giving me a set of trials to get me through the weekend. Absolutely saved me!

This MyEyeDoctor location used to be a TSO. Nevertheless, when I searched for TSO locations near me needing to have my young son’s glasses repaired, it came up.I called them to verify that as a client of another TSO, I could go there for repairs instead of having to go all the way to the office where we’re patients. Beth answered and told me that this location was no longer a TSO, but that if it was convenient, I was welcome to still stop in to have the repairs done if they had the necessary parts.
