It is so refreshing to actually go into a business with such wonderful customer service. For something as stressful as figuring out floor selections. Karen will go over and beyond to find what you are looking for. They also have some of the best prices too. Karen will literally treat you like family to find what you are looking for and are very patient when it comes to making a decision. Very knowledgeable and go above a beyond to make their customers happy. The only thing that I regret, Is that my husband and I didnt find this place sooner.

When our first contractor left us high and dry, Ken and Karen at Five Star Flooring came highly recommended after doing a major fix-it renovation for a friend. We couldn't be happier with all the work they did from beginning to end. Karen suggested just the right combinations of tiles. Ken and his crew were professional and offered great advice on more than one occasion. Their work is top notch. After a break in renovations, I'm already working on my next list for Five Star Floor to tackle.

Five Star Flooring & Full Service Remodeling gets 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the remodeling they did to our Master Bathroom. We love it and couldn’t be happier with the results. Karen & Ken will help pick out everything needed and answer your questions. I had a lot!! Junior and Mario were fantastic and so very talented and skilled in their trade.
