100% Excellent, Awesome, Beautiful work from a very caring and professional person. Leonel Ortiz and his crew went over and beyond the agreed upon contract. He is a very detailed oriented person and showed great concern about the defects of my house. He used premium products on my house as he replaced damaged wood and painted my 3009 sf. house. He has now been hired as my personal home improvement expert from this day forth because he is honest and a man of his word. I will be seeing you soon Leonel if God says the same. This review is long overdue. In March of this year, L&D remodeling did the sheetrock prep and texture for our kitchen, hallway and room next to the kitchen. The last contractor we hired to install the sheetrock had left the sheetrock rough and not smooth in some areas. Despite this, L&D did extra work to prep the walls: tape, apply mud and sand the walls - all before applying the texture. It was work that took 6 days because they did not cut corners on quality. My husband and I were and still are very happy with the results. Thank you L&D Painting and Remodeling.
