I’ve come here for years I’ve always been satisfied with my brows but this yesterday a new employee worked on me. Don’t know her name but she looks young. Took a piece of my eyebrow off and then she blamed it on the way my eyebrows lay they have NEVER looked like this I have two bald spots in my brows. I recently moved and drove 25min to come here since it’s been my go to but I won’t be making the drive again. I know it’s just hair it’ll grow back but now I’m super self conscious about my brows not to mention the shape she gave them is wonky 😩
I came in one evening right before closing and thought I needed an appointment after finding this place on google, Manu was there threading brows and she was happy to take me in! When I tell you she has done my eyebrows the best I’ve ever had them done, I genuinely mean that. My brows are pretty fine due to many years of threading/waxing and the providers not getting it right. I didn’t even have to say anything and she gave me the perfect shape, did them quick so I couldn’t even think about the pain, and gave me tips on how to grow them out. I will definitely be back to see Manu! Give them a try
