The clinic provides great service with no long waits, and providers take their time seeing patients. Patients appreciate the kind, patient, and caring professionals, including Amanda, Dr. Siddiqi, Farah, Sonia, and Miranda, who listen and give great care. The clinic genuinely cares about their patients and provides needed supplements and prescriptions based on follow-up results. However, some patients note that the clinic often uses nurse practitioners instead of the doctor, which can be uncomfortable for discussing personal health issues. Additionally, the front office staff can be unable to do their job well, taking a very long time to answer the phone and requiring patients to do their own follow-up for referrals. One patient reported waiting an hour and a half for an appointment and stated they would go elsewhere if they had another option. The clinic also will not prescribe pain meds or cough medicine.
