The clinic genuinely cares about their patients and provides needed supplements and prescriptions based on follow-up results. However, some patients note that the clinic often uses nurse practitioners instead of the doctor, which can be uncomfortable for discussing personal health issues. Additionally, the front office staff can be unable to do their job well, taking a very long time to answer the phone and requiring patients to do their own follow-up for referrals. One patient reported waiting an hour and a half for an appointment and stated they would go elsewhere if they had another option. The clinic also will not prescribe pain meds or cough medicine.
My mom had her follow-up appointment today at DFW Family Clinic in Grand Prairie, and we had a very positive experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, respectful, and helpful. The receptionist was polite and made the check-in process easy.
My mom was seen by Amanda, who consulted with her during the visit. She was very kind and patient, took her time reviewing my mom’s results, and explained everything clearly. My mom really appreciated her care and felt comfortable throughout the appointment.

Amanda is great. Clinic is never packed. No long waits. Provider takes their time seeing you. I have wellpoint and my insurance suggested this clinic to me. Couldn't be happier.
I love the nurse's at Dr.Siddiqi office in Grand Prairie, Sonia and Miranda are so nice and very caring, the only thing I don't like is that they always have nurse practitioner and I really don't feel comfortable talking to them, I would really be more comfortable getting to know my doctor and feeling comfortable telling her personally health issues that I have,, other then that it's a good place, oh and they wont prescribe any pain meds or cough medicine to help relieve your pain and discomfort..
