One customer, who undertook a major kitchen renovation, highlighted the quality and uniqueness of the range hood they purchased from Archways & Ceilings. They were able to create a custom copper hood with a distinctive antique finish, incorporating sentimental value through the use of their father's torches. The customer emphasized that while the project was labor-intensive, the final product was stunning and more affordable than purchasing a pre-made unit. They also noted the company's helpfulness in catching a design flaw and making adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.
The customer recommends ordering the range hood early in the renovation process due to its complex installation requirements involving electrical, ductwork, and wall mounting. They also suggest having a clear idea of the desired finish material for the hood skin to ensure proper integration with the surrounding cabinetry.
