I told him what I wanted and he had exactly what I wanted in just a few minutes. He told me it would take about 10 minutes to prepare his work station.. Spencer pierced us and there was no issues at all! The customer service was peak and they were very very VERY funny people (loved feeling the positive energy when being scared of needles.)
