This was the first time ive gone there that they had a woman working at the desk. I dont know her name but she is very friendly and helpful. That kind of customer service as soon as you walk makes the whole experience till the end of the tattoo great and inviting. I would never go anywhere else as I haven't in over 10 years and I highly recommend Sean, hes awesome and cool to talk to.“

“I decided last minute to get a tattoo for my birthday! I only have one tattoo and that was yearsssssss ago.

So I called a couple of tattoo shops beforehand to see if they accepted walk-ins, and if they had time to do mine today.

However, when I called this place, I believe his name was Will, he was very professional and customer-friendly and letting me know about how the process works and if I would be able to get it done today.

Whenever I got to the shop, I was greeted warmly and I was assigned to Cho. She is a sweetheart! Very lovely lady, and she made me feel very comfortable. She was very patient with me as I decided on the size and style of my simple tattoo

The shop is nice and clean.

There was a small hiccup where I had an allergic reaction to one of the products. However, one of the other artists came in and helped us. They restarted my stencil and used the other product and I didn’t have another flareup.

She did amazing work and I will definitely be booking her again when I get another tattoo!“

Charlie pierced me and was able to train another person in the best techniques to use at the same time. Such a cool experience, getting to be part of the process of someone getting trained hearing Charlie detail the entire process helped put me even more at ease. The price of the service was exactly what I was hoping for and all around this has probably been my very best piercing experience.
