Good company. Called after hours on an emergency leak and communicated the whole time so they knew what was going on. The plumber did a terrific job, repair was perfect. He assessed the issue, explained what was wrong, and worked diligently. Basic unclogging of drain was done, and a product was recommended to maintain the drain pipes. The plumber was professional, knowledgable, very kind, friendly, courteous, polite, and did a good job without wasting any time. Response time was excellent and the service was exemplary. Customers will definitely call Options Plumbing again for service.
We were in dire straights when our sewage drain line backed up on us in our house that we had only lived at for a month. I submitted an inquiry over the weekend and they got over to my house early on Monday morning. Options Plumbing was thorough, explained what was wrong and got the blockage taken care of very quickly. They were even kind enough to give me a run through of the plumbing on the house so that I will be prepared to turn off water mains, water to the sprinklers, etc. if needed in the future.

Good company. Called after hours on an emergency leak. They communicated the whole time so we knew what was goong on. Got to us that day. Chance was our plumber and he did a terrific job going through and discussing opinions. Repair was perfect. Call them, they are good!
Hunter was very friendly, courteous, polite and very professional. He did a good job and he didn't waste any time. He is an impressive man and an exemplary employee. The response time was excellent also.
