Had an issue with water heater. Called the Comfort Experts, the after hours service and they passed along my concerns.
We were leaving for most of the day, but the technician was able to listen and handled it!!! He called me back and gave a breakdown of what the situation was and his corrected measures.
I got home and all was working Great Job, from the tech, and the after hours call center.

Our service tech was Mark, we've had him before. He is very professional, knowledgeable & doesn't mind trying to explain things in detail. From the actual labor to his customer service, hands down Mark is definitely one of the BEST! Both my husband & I are very satisfied with Mark as our technician.
I needed help with an emphase IQ5 controller relating to 14 solar panels. Jake was pleasant to have helping me. He did not waste time. He was on point with what he knew and was open to hearing troubleshooting steps that had been done up to that point. He was eager to please the customer and was helpful where ever he was needed.
I was happy with his service. You guys have a good person here. He deserves promotional opportunities within your company. I most like his level of knowledge on our problem and eagerness to help and solve problems.
